I didn't get a chance to exercise this week, but I did incorporate the all fruit diet that I've been avoiding. Since I'm not finding the time to exercise, I replace the more caloric meals (breakfast & lunch only) w/ fruit each day. I have to admit (with the exception of not exercising last week) I was a bit more disciplined when it came to eating. I'm getting impatient, though. I'm ready to shed these pounds!!!
