Anywho, I created a workout schedule. I intend to work out 1 hour 5x a week! Here's the plan:
Day 1 and Day 4
- Treadmill 30 minutes
- 100 crunches
- 25 reps on arm machine #1
- 25 reps on arm machine #2
- 25 reps on back machine
- 25 reps on ab machine #1
- 25 reps on ab machine #2
- Jog 3 miles
- Treadmill 30 minutes
- 100 crunches
- 25 reps on leg machine #1
- 25 reps on leg machine #2
- 25 reps on back machine
- 25 reps on ab machine #1
- 25 reps on ab machine #2
The workouts are going great but can't resist the urge to not cheat when eating! The first step is to admit there is a problem. I admit. I'm a sugar addict.
